An early morning fire at Power Lift in Jefferson has resulted in extensive damage to the structure. Greene County Sheriff, Jack Williams, has reported that emergency crews responded to the report of the fire on Highway 30 east at approximately 4:31 a.m. Tuesday. The Jefferson Police and Fire Departments, Greene County Emergency Medical Services and the Grand Junction Fire Department all assisted at the scene. Carroll Broadcasting has contacted authorities for more details, but those had not yet been provided as of this airing.
