Funeral services for 91-year-old Norma Bugge of Carlisle, formerly of Lake View, will be Sunday at 2 pm at the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Lake View with burial at the Ferguson Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior the services at the church. The arrangements are under the direction of the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Lake View.
