In an effort to provide real-time harvest information to their farmer-members, on Sunday, Landus Cooperative launched their new customer portal. This single hub will provide customers access to all grain, agronomy and feed activity for their account. For example, a grain customer can view their deliveries, grain contracts and much more in a single, streamlined, simplified and unified location. In addition to grain transactions, the portal will allow members to combine multiple accounts under one registration, providing them the ability to move between their accounts without having to log out of one and back in to another. Feed customers can view invoices and veterinary feeding directives, including expiration dates. All users can see their financial statements and location information, including the contact points for their location manager, field sales agronomist and grain marketing advisor. Live scale photo feeds are available at 14 locations to show traffic patterns and wait times, with updated scale-in to scale-out estimates.
