A Carroll man has been arrested for threatening to retrieve a gun and harm another person. The Carroll Police Department was called to a residence in the 900 block of Simon Avenue at approximately 11:28 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 12. Upon arrival, the victim told authorities that 19-year-old Seth Allen Blumberg had told her “I am going to get a gun and come at you tonight and you [will] be the first to go.” The victim further stated that they feared for their life and safety. Blumberg was taken into custody and charged with first-degree harassment, threatening a forcible felony, an aggravated misdemeanor.
