No Injuries In Two-Vehicle Collision Saturday In Grand Junction

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 9 a.m. on Saturday in Grand Junction. A 2007 Chevrolet HHR, driven by 62-year-old Teresa Durlam of Grand Junction, was northbound on 11th Street, when a pickup pulled out in front of her. The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 88-year-old Gerald Kennedy of Grand Junction, struck the Durlam car, resulting in about $3,000 in damage to the HHR and $1,000 to the Silverado. No injuries were reported, and Kennedy was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
