A Lake City man, charged in District Court for Carroll County with burglarizing the Glidden Dairy Mart, has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors. According to court records, 39-year-old Shane Michael McDougall originally faced one count of third-degree burglary, habitual offender, a class D felony that carries up to 15 years in prison. A pre-sentencing investigation from the Department of Correctional Services was ordered, and McDougall is scheduled to appear on Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Carroll County Courthouse for a sentencing hearing.
