Carroll County Relay for Life continues to rank at the head of the pack on a national scale, coming in at number four per capita. That ranking is partially due to the hard work of six teams who each surpassed the $5,000 fundraising goal. They are: Team Bass, At AHS Hope Shines, Moveit 4 R&D, MRHC Strides of Hope, Schon Strong and The Graphic Edge, and combined they raised just shy of $64,000. These teams and the successes of the entire county will be celebrated at the upcoming Relay for Life Leadership Conference this Saturday, Nov. 3 in Atlantic at the Cass County Memorial Hospital, in conference room two. Everyone is invited to join in the fun, with registration starting at 9:30 a.m. The conference is expected to be wrapped up by 2 p.m.
