A bicyclist suffered minor injuries after being struck by a car Friday. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene along Highway 30, at the alleyway between Carroll and Adams Streets at approximately 4:09 p.m. A 2018 Hyundai Elantra, driven by 24-year-old Alexis Johnson of Carroll, struck the bicycle, ridden by 26-year-old Jordan Spagnolo, also of Carroll. Spagnolo received injuries to his hand. There was only minor damages to both the bicycle and the car.
