A Templeton woman was cited following a two-vehicle accident in Jefferson on Monday afternoon. The Jefferson Police Department responded to the accident scene at North Oak and West Washington Streets at approximately 3:35 p.m. They found that a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, driven by Roberta McDaniel of Jefferson, was eastbound on West Washington Street. At the intersection with Oak, she was struck by a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero, driven by Lisa Rehm. There was approximately $2,000 in damage done to each vehicle and Rehm was cited for failure to yield to a vehicle on the right.
