The Carroll Police Department reports they were called to the scene of two separate disturbances over the weekend, one on Saturday night the other early Sunday morning. The first occurred at approximately 9:19 p.m. in the 200 block of East 5th Street. A caller had advised that there were two intoxicated subjects causing the disturbance. Fifty-three-year-old Doug Harms of Carroll was arrested and charged with third-degree harassment after allegedly making threats to return to the property with guns. The second call came in at about 4:24 a.m. and officers responded to the 500 block of East 18th Street. When they arrived, they learned that three individuals had been fighting in the apartment’s entryway and some damage to the property had resulted. Twenty-one-year-old Tramell Shaw, 20-year-old Aliyah Green and 26-year-old Arealle Griggs, all of Carroll, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
