A Carroll woman was arrested after attempting to enter a residence from which she had been evicted. The Carroll Police Department responded to the apartment complex in the 400 block of East Valley Drive at approximately 12:59 p.m. Friday. Upon arrival, they learned that 33-year-old Melina Callahan-Lopez was allegedly attempting to break into the apartment and had damaged a door. She was taken into custody and charged with criminal mischief.
