Arrest warrants have been sought for a Jefferson woman accused of assaulting a police officer. The Jefferson Police Department reports they have sought the warrant on 24-year-old Lauren Marie Verle Schulte after a Feb. 15 incident. An officer had transported Schulte to the Greene County Medical Center for an evaluation on that date, and was assaulted during the interaction.
