At the Culver’s annual convention in Nashville, Tenn., the Carroll store was presented with two prestigious awards. Owner, Kevin Reincke, says they are thrilled to receive the recognition, but the credit goes to his staff. “[..] The award really belongs to the outstanding team members for their dedication in taking care of our guests every single day by providing great food and hospitality,” Reincke says. “I really appreciate their efforts.” The Commitment to Excellence award presented to Culver’s of Carroll recognizes restaurants for consistently maintaining a high standard in restaurant operations, guest experiences, community relationships and team development. Reincke says they also received the Ruth Award, which is a tribute to the chain’s co-founder, Ruth Culver, and recognizes restaurants whose team members exemplify superior hospitality each and every day.
