It is a full agenda for Tuesday’s Carroll County Board of Supervisors regular, weekly meeting. They will call it to order promptly at 9 a.m. in the conference room at the courthouse, starting the session on a conference call with Greene County Supervisors about a drainage assessment. Carroll County Engineer, Dave Paulson, will also discuss drain issues and present a utility permit before supervisors enter into a public hearing on a Fiscal Year 2020 budget amendment. They will decide on a date and time for a public hearing on a request from the City of Manning for an urban transition district and get a Wellmark renewal proposal for the next fiscal year. Supervisors will approve some interfund transfers and review four annual manure management updates.
