Jefferson authorities have increased patrols at city parks following a rash of vandalism. At approximately 6:16 a.m. on Monday, employees with the city’s parks and rec department reported that more vandalism had occurred over the weekend in Kelso Park. Someone had spray painted graffiti on the shelter house, estimated at about $200 to cover. An investigation into this latest incident is ongoing.
