Three juvenile males were arrested early Friday morning for allegedly attempting to break into a Carroll residence. The Carroll Police Department reports officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East 10th Street at approximately 4:41 a.m. on July 19 for a report of a burglary in progress. When law enforcement arrived on scene, they took two 17-year-old males and one 16-year-old male into custody. The teenage boys were transported to the Carroll County jail and charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony. Their cases have been turned over to the juvenile courts.
