No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in Carroll Thursday afternoon. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene of the accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 30 and Maple Street at approximately 12:43 p.m. Following an initial investigation, law enforcement says a 2003 Toyota Camry, driven by 88-year-old Joan Trobak of Carroll, was pulling onto the highway from Maple and struck the driver side of a westbound 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 28-year-old Jordan Brown of Lytton. Trobak was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.
