Wild Rose Entertainment has secured sports betting licenses from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission for all three of its properties and is preparing to offer the service at Jefferson as well as Clinton and Emmetsburg. Renovations have been completed and the gaming organization will soon unveil a sports betting partnership. “Our customers have told us repeatedly that they want sports wagering,” says President and COO, Tom Timmons. “While this is new to Wild Rose and the state, it’s a natural next step in expanding our entertainment menu. I’ve been involved in Iowa gaming since 1989, and this is one of the biggest changes in 30 years.” Timmons adds they will be announcing their prospective retail partner as being one of the most respected names in sports wagering. Wild Rose expects to be able to start taking bets in August.
