A portion of 280th Street in Audubon County, northeast of Exira, will have limited access for about a week for planned road construction. The Audubon County Road Department says the work on the roadway between Quail and Robin Avenues is scheduled to begin at approximately 8 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19 and conclude at about 4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26. The segment will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of the project, but residents in that area will have access from the east.
