Grant applications are now available for qualified area charitable purposes through the Community Foundation of Carroll County. There is a deadline of Nov. 30 for 501(c)(3) organizations, government units, churches or similarly exempt entities to apply. Awardees will be selected and announced in January or February of 2020.
