One citation was issued during recent alcohol compliance checks conducted by the Carroll Police Department. On Wednesday, Oct. 23, officers completed their checks of local bars and report one violation at the Swizzle Stick Bar & Lounge in the Carrollton Centre. Thirty-year-old Tesa Hoyle of Paton was cited for supplying alcohol to a person under the legal age.
