The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will enter into a closed session on Monday morning for union negotiations. Prior to that, they will receive a quarterly report and the proposed budget for the Sheriff’s Office and the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 preliminary budget for the Treasurer’s Office. They will also set a public hearing for a FY 2020 budget amendment and review plats and manure management annual updates for approval. The meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9 a.m. in the board room at the Carroll County Courthouse.
