Sac County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Two Men In Connection To Burglaries In Early

The Sac County Sheriff’s Office reports two men were taken into custody Wednesday following an investigation into recent garage burglaries in Early. Authorities executed a search warrant at a home in the 400 block of Walnut Street and located items that had been reported stolen from the prior burglaries. Law enforcement also located drug paraphernalia and a substance believe to be methamphetamine. The occupants, 25-year-old Braeden Hammond and 19-year-old Kilee Robinson, were both arrested and transported to the Sac County Jail. Hammond has been charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree theft, both simple misdemeanors. Robinson faces one count of possession of methamphetamine, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On Thursday, authorities located items reported stolen from a residence in Sac City. An investigation into the burglaries remain open with assistance from the Sac City Police Department.
