The rush to the first-in-the-nation caucuses in Iowa is on. With just one week left to go, a top contender, Massachusetts Senator, Elizabeth Warren, is announcing a field office drop-by in Carroll on Thursday, Jan. 30. She is expected to arrive at the Iowa for Warren offices at 210 E. 5th Street, Suite 4, at about 10:30 a.m. The doors will open at 10:15 a.m. In the latest poll numbers from Real Clear Politics, Warren is holding firm in the fourth position in Iowa with an average of 13.5 percent of voter support. She is behind front-runners: Vermont Senator, Bernie Sanders, with an average 25 percent; former Vice President, Joe Biden, at 22 percent and former South Bend, Ind. Mayor, Pete Buttigieg, with 17 percent.
