An investigation by the Jefferson Police Department into an assault that allegedly occurred on Jan. 20, 2019, has resulted in the request for arrest warrants on a Jefferson man. The warrants for 18-year-old Julian Villalobos are for third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony. The requesting officer has reported that Villalobos allegedly engaged in sex acts with a 13-year-old female.
