With Iowa’s first-in-the-nation caucuses only days away, Democratic candidates and their representatives are making their final push to reach as many potential caucus-goers as they can. On Saturday, Joe Biden’s sister and past campaign manager, Valerie Biden Owens, and Nevada Congresswoman, Dina Titus, will be stopping in Carroll tomorrow (Saturday) to campaign for the former vice president. Biden Owens says Biden is the only candidate from either party that can mend the country’s current dividedness.
The latest polls show only a few percentage points between each of top four candidates: Biden; Vermont Senator, Bernie Sanders; former South Bend, Ind. Mayor, Pete Buttigieg; and Massachusetts Senator, Elizabeth Warren. She says Biden has set his sights on winning more than support from only Democrats, but also the American people.
Biden Owens and Titus will be at the Biden for President office at 311 East 6th Street at 3 p.m. Saturday. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and attendees are asked to RSVP using the link included with this story on our website.
