A teenage driver escaped injury in a rollover accident Friday just north of Arcadia. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reports they responded to the scene at approximately 7:45 a.m. on Concord Avenue, just south of 160th Street. Fifteen-year-old Chloe Grace Ludwig of Breda was southbound on Concord when she lost control due to the snow and ice covering the roadway. The 2007 Ford Focus she was driving entered the east ditch rolling over onto its top. There was an estimated $2,000 in damage to the vehicle.
