A Carroll man is in custody after recording a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of nearly three times the legal limit. The Carroll Police Department reports they received notice of an intoxicated subject in the 400 block of W. U.S. Highway 30 at approximately 7:03 p.m. Thursday. Upon arrival, they located and arrested 52-year-old Thomas Woods after he registered a BAC of .231. Woods has been charged with public intoxication.
