Following an investigation into a January incident and the execution of a search warrant, an officer with the Jefferson Police Department is requesting arrest warrants on a Jefferson man. Based on items seized in the Jan. 21 search in the 300 block of North Pinet Street, four warrants are being requested for 21-year-old Justin Ray Lopez for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, both class D felonies, and third-offense possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors.
