No injuries and only minor damages were reported in a single-vehicle accident Friday morning on icy roads in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to 18th and West Streets at approximately 6:24 a.m. The investigation revealed 26-year-old Andrew Baldozier of Carroll was eastbound on 18th but was unable to stop at the sign posted at the intersection. He ended up striking the stop sign and was cited for failure to maintain control.
