A Carroll man was taken into custody and five others cited after a report of suspected narcotics use Wednesday night. The Carroll Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Simon Avenue at approximately 10:26 p.m. after receiving the tip. The initial investigation resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Shakiel Allynn Klampe on a possession of marijuana with intent to deliver charge. Nineteen-year-old Devon Lentz of Eagle Grove, 18-year-old Calvin Kienast of Carroll, a 17-year-old male from Carroll and a 17-year-old female from Harlan were all cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age. Sixty-four-year-old Cristal Dunkerson of Carroll was issued a citation for keeping a disorderly house.
