No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle rollover accident about five miles north of Ralston Saturday morning. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of the accident at the intersection of A Avenue and 165th Street at approximately 7:43 a.m. According to their investigation, 17-year-old Chiara Lynn Anderson of Jefferson was traveling northbound on A Avenue in a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and lost control at the point the pavement transitioned to gravel. The vehicle entered the east ditch and struck an embankment. The car rolled once and came to rest on its wheels in a nearby field. Damage to the Pontiac is estimated at $6,000.
