The Jefferson Police Department has requested arrest warrants for two individuals on separate drug charges. The first warrant is for 28-year-old Joshua Jeffery Michael Geigle of Jefferson for first-offense possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor. The charge stems from Geigle’s arrest on Feb. 28 on an unrelated Greene County warrant. Items in his possession were sent for testing and returned positive. The other warrant is for 31-year-old Elizabeth Celine Fischels of Webster City for possession of methamphetamine, a serious misdemeanor. On Nov. 13, Fischels was taken into custody by law enforcement, and items seized during her arrest tested positive for the drug.
