The City of Carroll announced today (Friday) they are reopening some areas of the community’s public parks. Effective immediately, city-owned basketball, tennis and volleyball courts and baseball and softball fields are available for use. To comply with physical distancing guidelines, no more than 10 people are allowed on each court or field at any one time. City officials stress that shelters, playground equipment, the Graham Park Skate Park, bathrooms and drinking fountains are still closed and will remain so until public health officials indicate it is safe for them to reopen.
