A Carroll man recorded a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) at more than 2.3 times the legal limit during a weekend traffic stop. The Carroll Police Department reports that the stop was initiated at approximately 1:13 a.m. Sunday morning and 24-year-old Joseph Hamilton was charged with first-offense operating while intoxicated after registering a .185 BAC.
