Three individuals were charged after Carroll Police were called to an underage party on Saturday night. Officers responded to the report in the 700 block of E. 3rd Street at approximately 11:43 p.m. Eighteen-year-old Indigo Holmes of Auburn was cited for keeping a disorderly house and contributing to the delinquency of minors. Two 19 year olds were cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age: Giovanni Romeo of Carroll and Katelyn Tuel of Manning.
