Audubon County Totals

Editors Note: We have received an updated total from Audubon County. The total number of voters remains the same, but the number of Republicans and Democrats was corrected from the initial report.
 
As the Republican Primary race in the 4th Congressional District goes down to the wire, Audubon County voters had their voices heard at the polls. In the Democratic Senate race, they cast 220 votes for Theresa Greenfield, 85 for Michael Franken, 57 for Kimberly Graham, 36 for Eddie Mauro and four for Cal Woods. In that 4th Congressional District Primary, Incumbent, Steve King, and Randy Feenstra are currently neck and neck, but in Audubon County, King received 280 votes to Feenstra’s 228. Richards tallied a total of 149, Jeremy Taylor 41 and Steven Reeder 20. According to the official state site, all counties have reported and Republican candidate Craig Williams has unofficially won the spot on the November ballot. He received 177 votes in Audubon County to Audubon candidate Heath Hansen’s 492. There are two at-large seats available on the Audubon County Board of Supervisors with four Republicans and one Democrat having filed to run. On the Republican side of that race, Todd Nelson received 448 votes, Rick Thompson 418, Duane Diest 287 and Louis Wanninger, Jr. 168. Audubon County reports 1,160 total votes were cast, 750 of those Republican and 410 Democratic.
