The program does have a confirmed positive COVID-19 case.
We remain in close communication with Carroll County Public Health (CCPH) as they are the experts in this matter.
Decisions regarding baseball practices and games are based on guidance by CCPH. At this time, Kuemper is allowed to continue with baseball practices and games under this CCPH guidance. Communication remains close with other schools, especially other Hawkeye 10 conference schools. Protocols for temperature screenings of all players remain including for visiting teams. There remain strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols of areas and equipment.

This is also a reminder for all of us to limit going out and to make trips only if they are essential. COVID-19 is still out there and we must remain vigilant as best we can. Continue practicing social distancing, wear face masks when near others and keep washing those hands. We must stay united by fighting the coronavirus together.
