The Sac City Public Library has announced they will be moving into the next phase of reopening beginning tomorrow (Tuesday). The library will be open to the public by appointment only from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and patrons will need to call ahead to schedule their time. Visits will be limited to 30 minutes maximum, and users are asked to wear a mask while inside the building and to sanitize your hands upon entry. In addition to book checkout, limited public computer access will be available in half-hour increments by appointment with printing and copying services offered for 15 cents per page. Individuals are asked to pay using exact change. Curbside and home deliveries are still being offered and remains the recommended method for item checkout. This can be arranged by contacting the library by telephone at 712-662-7276. City officials are continuing to monitor COVID-19 activity in the area and will adjust offered services as required.
