There are only a couple of times per year that the trails throughout Whiterock Conservancy are opened to ATV and UTV use, and this weekend is one of those. On Father’s Day, Whiterock will be hosting a slow Sunday drive on those trails beginning at 5:30 p.m. Those interested in participating will meet at the historic Garst Farmhouse along Highway 141 on the eastern edge of Coon Rapids. Following the drive, everyone is invited to a bonfire celebrating Father’s Day and the summer solstice. Organizers are asking that social distancing guidelines be followed, that masks be worn when possible and only people from the same household ride together in the same vehicle.
