A Madrid man suffered only minor injuries in a major accident east of Grand Junction Monday, but is now facing the possibility of arrest. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene on U.S. Highway 30 and W Avenue at approximately 12:15 p.m. They found that 28-year-old Alejandro Lararo Perez was northbound on W Avenue when he failed to stop at the intersection with Highway 30.
