The City of Manning is offering businesses the opportunity to apply for emergency loans to help them navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. The $2,000 to $10,000 loans will be offered at 4.5 percent interest, but there will be no payments and no interest accrued for the first year. Repayment is set at up to five years from origination. Applications are to be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be awarded based on need. A link to the application and details can be found below.
