An Illinois man was arrested for operating while intoxicated in Carroll early Sunday morning. The Carroll Police Department reports an officer made a traffic stop at approximately 1:54 a.m. in the 700 block of U.S. Highway 30. An initial test revealed that 30-year-old Jered McLennan of Wheaton, Ill. registered a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .163, more than double the legal limit of .08.
