A Storm Lake man was arrested Monday on outstanding warrants charging him with felony third-degree sexual abuse and a felony controlled substance violation as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a simple misdemeanor. The Storm Lake Police Department took 22-year-old Jaime Zaragonza-Colon into custody at approximately 3:40 p.m. The charges stem from a report of a March incident in which Zaragoza-Colon allegedly provided marijuana to a 15-year-old female and sexually assaulted her. He was booked into the Buena Vista County jail on a $5,000 bond. The Buena Vista County Sexual Assault Response Team assisted in the investigation.
