No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident near Carroll City Hall on Friday morning. The Carroll Police Department was dispatched at approximately 10:31 a.m. to the intersection of West 7th and North Adams Streets. Their initial investigation found a 2005 Chrysler Town and County minivan, driven by 31-year-old Patricia Wernimont of Breda, was traveling southbound on Adams. At the same time, 57-year-old Jacqueline King of Glidden was westbound on 7th Street in a 2015 Buick Enclave and failed to yield the right of way from the posted stop sign.
