Carroll motorists will be encountering construction in the next several days as the city’s resurfacing projects are underway. Milling on Grant Road, from the railroad tracks to Pleasant Ridge, should be completed today and then the contractor will move to West Street, from 7th to 18th Streets for milling. Concrete repair on West Street will begin next Monday and continue there until completed. The team will move on to the repair on Grant Road following that. Underground utility construction at 17th Street and N. West Street is currently scheduled to begin the week of Aug. 3.
