Several 911 calls from Graham Park early Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of two men. The Carroll Police Department responded to the calls at approximately 12:12 a.m. Field sobriety tests were administered and 22-year-old Cody Lepur of Schleswig recorded a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .129 and he was arrested and charged with public intoxication and false reporting for the 911 calls. Twenty-two-year-old Zachary Crawford of Carroll was also charged with public intoxication after recording a BAC of .182, more than 2.2 times the legal limit of .08.
