Two adults and two juveniles could be facing drug charges. The Carroll Police Department responded to a report of suspected underage drinking party at approximately 8:29 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of W. 2nd Street. Upon arrival, a search of the residence was conducted and a substance believed to be marijuana was located. The material was sent in for lab testing and charges are pending those results.
