A Celebration of Life for 77-year-old Ronald J. Ocken of Council Bluffs, formerly of Templeton, will be held at a later date. The Ohde Funeral Home in Manning is in charge of the arrangements. Ron is survived by a special friend, Joan Justice of Minden; siblings: Alice Rupiper of Roselle, Janice Wolterman of Nebraska, Robert Ocken of Cedar Rapids, and Merle Ocken of DeWitt.
