Formal charges were filed in District Court for Carroll County Friday against a Scranton man accused of peering through a Carroll woman’s window at the end of July. Court records show 20-year-old Isaac David Khan faces one count of intentional trespass, a serious misdemeanor. A Carroll Police Department affidavit alleges Khan was witnessed by a resident in the 200 block of North Main Street at approximately 9:04 a.m. on July 31 looking at her through her living room window. When law enforcement made contact with Khan a few blocks away, he refused to cooperate and fled on foot. He was apprehended a short time later and transported to the Carroll County jail, where he remains in custody. His arraignment hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 27.
